Qualification

My career includes a completed Master of Business Administration (MBA), successfully completed training as a banking specialist and bank clerk. My ability to precisely analyze complex relationships, communicate them in an understandable manner, develop efficient solutions and process them in a structured manner has proven itself in many projects and line tasks. In my long-standing, international career, I have gained valuable experience in the areas of employee management and change processes.

Professional Background

Since 5/2023, he has been a convinced entrepreneur and has been involved in building and investing in companies. Before that, 40 years of banking experience with a focus on portfolio management, corporate customer and lending business and restructuring. Of these, 5 years in managerial positions abroad (China / USA). 30 years of experience as a credit decision-maker, including several years as Chief Credit Officer and Head of Restructuring and as a voting member of credit committees. In addition to broad financing knowledge, proven knowledge in the areas of risk management, investment management and asset management. In addition, experience in corporate governance including functioning structural and operational organization as well as risk and compliance-relevant processes

Responsible for analyzing sustainability-oriented strategies, supporting ESG integration projects, and creating sound decision-making bases for clients.

Jasmin Seimetz

Professional background with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counseling psychology and psychotherapy, complemented by in-depth analytical and counseling-oriented training. Extensive practical experience at MRS Beratung and KJK Advisory with a focus on analyzing strategic issues, supporting consulting projects, and developing sound decision-making bases, particularly in the areas of sustainability and VSME. Business fluent in German and English.
