Who we are
Valion Partners is a joint, partnership-driven brand founded by Kai Bartfelder (Finance Strategy Partners) and Martin Seimetz (MRS Beratung GmbH).
The name “Valion” combines the concepts of “Value” and “Vision,” both of which are central to our consulting approach.
Our vision
