Personal profile
I am the founder and managing director of MRS Beratung GmbH and support entrepreneurs, shareholders and investors in complex strategic finance, transformation and restructuring situations.
With over 40 years of experience in financing, capital structure, risk and corporate steering, I bring deep decision-making expertise, including roles as Chief Credit Officer, Head of Restructuring and member of credit committees.
International leadership roles in China and the United States have shaped my understanding of global market, risk and transformation dynamics.
Today, I support companies in both advisory and operational roles, as a C-level advisor, interim CFO and board member, with a clear focus on impact, structure and sustainable steering.
